- We are happy to help with return and refund request through Liliboo Official Whatsapp. You can access our Whatsapp from our webpage.
- You may only file return and refund request if the product has manufacturing or material defect. All other sales are final.
- Please make sure to provide all supportive documents including full unboxing video so we can easily help you.
- Damaged during shipment should be covered by shipping insurance. Please note that all orders on our website are already covered by shipping insurance.
