  • Order Acceptance: Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order—including for suspected fraud, unauthorized commercial resale, pricing errors, or stock issues. If your order is canceled after payment, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

  • Processing & Fulfillment: Orders are processed and shipped from our facility within 2 business days of confirmed payment, via the third-party couriers offered at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information.

  • Shipping Estimates: Shipping fees and delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates provided by the couriers and are not absolute guarantees.

  • International Orders: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Liliboo is not liable for customs delays or charges, and we cannot mark items as "gifts" for customs purposes.

  • Courier Liability: Liliboo is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility and are in the courier's care. This includes transit delays, damages, or packages marked "delivered" by the carrier that were not received. In such events, please open an inquiry directly with the shipping carrier, and notify us so we can assist where possible.

  • Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, or a failed delivery attempt that was not our error, the customer is responsible for all reshipment costs.

Section 2: Returns, Exchanges, and Damaged Items

To help us process any issues efficiently, please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. We strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video upon opening your package, as we may request this as proof to validate any claims.

  • Wrong or Defective Items: If you receive an incorrect product or a genuinely defective item, please email us at hello@liliboo-official.com within 2 days of delivery. Please include your order number along with photos or video proof showing the issue, and we will arrange a replacement.

  • Change of Mind: All sales are final. Because our products are curated and manufactured to high quality standards, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for a change of mind.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale, promotion, or clearance are not eligible for a refund and may only be exchanged if deemed genuinely faulty by our team.

  • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange request if the item does not meet the conditions outlined above or if the request is made past the 2-day inspection window.

  • Application: Promotional codes must be applied at checkout prior to completing the purchase and cannot be added retroactively to existing orders.
