- Order received before cutoff time will be processed on the same day. Order received after cutoff time will be processed the next working day.
- No shipment on public holiday and Sunday.
- All orders will be packed using bubble wrap (2-3 layers) and/or box as necessary according to the courier's shipping standards to ensure safety during shipment. If you want extra safety, you can always add extra packing during checkout.
- Please make sure to do full video unboxing upon receiving your package.
